So anyone else I'm missing? So far those are the 13 teams. I'd like to get a few more. Anyone else I've missed? This league will probably open up as soon as the last one closes. Maybe sooner. I just need a head count so I know how large to make the league as I'd love to get it rolling soon.

14 players now. Kush is in. Anyone else? I'd love to get this rolling soon. Is Bumpie/Bean in? Anyone else that didn't play last season, but wants in? Also, Kush mentioned a slightly longer season and stiffer deadlines on getting your game in. Thoughts?

Yeah, unless people come up with valid excuses that warrent an extension, I'd say stiffer deadlines. All in all, Season 1 was awesome, looking forward to Season 2. I also put my 2 cents in on a draft, I don't think we need one, but it could be something we look into for Season 3, I'd say Season 1 was a good first league.

I am a friend of Bean and Kush and I would like to join the season 2 league if I may.
I think you can get in if Bean is in. We need an even number. So shake the trees and get Bean to respond and then we will have room.

I've been completely oblvious to all things "All Pro" lately. Orange Box, Halo, Guitar Hero... man I need a sugar mama to support my addictions.
Actually, I'm completely stoked to have a "tolerant mama" that lets me play, so maybe I'll just set my sights on the lottery!
I was on the fence, leaning towards not returning. But I had a lot of fun in season 1 (despite going 3-5). So if you need me to balance out the league, I'm in. If Im an odd number, there will be no hard feelings if I am excluded.

As for Season 2, I created a league called "GWJ Legends S2".
The league has 16 slots for players. 8 teams will make the playoffs (it only allows increments of 4). There will be 8 games. The only other choice is 16. I assume most would rather play 8 games and a tournament and move on to the next season, than a 16 game season.
If there is an outcry over that I can make it 16 games. But there is no option for 10, 12, etc.

The password is "Goodjers". I'm not PMing the password this time. In part to save time and in part because I now know that if someone stumbles on this thread who doesn't belong, I can boot them out of the league before creating the schedule. So sign up when you're ready. Once everyone on the list has joined, I'll create the schedule and off we go, some of with new teams, some of us seeking redemption.

I initially was going to not continue, then figured it would be weird not to defend my crown, but now feel confident in my original impulse. I'm upping my webcomic release to two times a week, my job is crazy, I've got recording to do for an indie release in January and I still need time for the ladyfriend. I'm sure DS knows as well as anyone that feeling in your gut that a certain game just needs to leave your shelf. It's a feeling that can probably be overcome with careful medication, but in this instance I am inclined to follow it. Best of luck, gents!

Just the password I gave out earlier. You go into the XBox Live part of APF2k8 and you find the leagues. Search for a league (I think you hit bumper to do this) and do a search for our league.
