Below the radar? Fantasy Wars

Amazon just sent me a note about this; curious I did a little research. Looks very much like the old, old, old "Fantasy General", only with updated graphics. I'm certain to be disappointed, but will keep an eye out for it....
"Eat Keel, Hellbug!"

That's surprisingly hot-looking, especially for a turn-based wargame. It'll be released Nov. 13th, and I eagerly await more solid info.
Has anyone tried the demo? People are reporting all kinds of technical problems getting it to run.
Everything can be debated, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's debatable.

The demo ran fine for me. It's actually closer to that free turn-based strategy game that's out, except with the graphical upgrade. It does look a little weak in the production values and has a bit of an obtuse interface, but that's to be expected in a game of this type made in Europe. I might consider checking it out.

I really enjoyed the demo a while back, I'm just buried in games right now.
Certis beat me to it. - Elysium
I don't have it myself, but I believe this one is already available for download on gamers gate. There is an impressions thread over at octopus overlords (I'd link, but I'm feeling a bit lazy right now.)
