Warhawk: Sweet, sweet patching
Warhawk is getting the update treatment that it needed.
First, there's the 1.1 patch, which fixed a number of exploit and connection issues.
Now in testing, soon to be released, is the 1.2 patch, which brings the triumphant return of, "Separate SIXAXIS motion control on/off per mode (ground, hover, flight)."
Also in the 1.2 patch are 5 new layouts (partitions of the existing full-size maps) geared for 4-8 player games, and a bunch of other fixes and tweaks.
These patches pave the way for the "Booster Pack" content that is in the pipeline.
I've been waiting for Warhawk to get patched. Once 1.2 goes live, I'll be playing it a lot.

Same for me. I would probably play it more if it was on my 360 because Warhawk is the only game that I want to play on my PS3, so I can't be bothered to change the cables to my TV and surround setup. But I'll do once it's patched.

Yeah, the 1.2 patch sounds great. I'm not big on 4-8 player matches but mostly because the layouts are so large. Hopefully the new small layouts will be a lot of fun.
Gotta play some more Warhawk soon.

That motion control issue is such a ball buster.
This is great to hear! I'm really glad to see them supporting this. I haven't played in a while but really look forward to getting into it again with these enhancements.

Some good stuff there, but the one thing that I really want fixed is the communications. To have to hold the analog stick in, just so you can chat, while trying to run, or fly, sucks. Give me a click to start, like Halo.
