Oh boy, and he's even bringing his crappy voice acting along!

In other news, if you look at the official website, where it used to list the release date as December it now says TBD. Bummer, but at the same time it isn't like there aren't already a million other good games to play this fall and winter.

1) It's going to be a good game, and as Mystic noted, probably the first good 3D game he'll be in.

2) Do you think the kids know who Ike is? Or Lucas, for that matter?

3) Having grown up with a SEGA Genesis, I don't really care how this is for Sonic's "career." I wanna see him fight Mario, dammit.

Growing up in the days where there was only Nintendo and Sega, this is a dream come true. This is a fight people have been begging for and now it's going to happen. Whether or not the newbies care about Sonic or not is irrelevant. I care. That's all that matters.

As an admitted Sega fanboy in his youth and a Sonic fan, hubby is very excited about this. I guess this means I'll have to play as Mario but I'm okay with that.

This is a great news, I always check the smash brothers dojo every night because I am a Smash Brothers Fanboy but when I read this it was like

I wish the game wasn't delayed, it's the only Wii game I look forward to for the rest of this year though but hopefully we will find out soon when the new release date is.

The Japanese release date has been moved. US release is still "TBD". Of course, that's not what Reggie said at E3...

(If you haven't seen it - it's Reggie announcing the US release date of SSBB and the crowd not reacting at all. Someone should edit the video and add some cricket sounds.)
