A quick poll for the West Coast Gaming Night folks to try and see if we want to resurrect this thing for Enemy Territories and/or Team Fortress 2. Let us know if you want to bring the WCGN back and what you want to play.

So previously WCGN was always on Wednesdays, which are now full on my schedule. Any thoughts of changing to Tuesdays?

Tuesday's work better for me, but more interested in getting the gang back together. Any word from Oso? CrawlingChaos called last PM to berate me for not playing HL2 before (The Orange Box seems like a pretty good bargain to me).

Any word on in-game ads in ET:QW?

Ack! My filthy skimming has done me in. I read the wrong preposition on the poll and voted to return WGCN to the grave. What my dumb-arsed self meant was to demand that WCGN return *FROM* the grave.

I voted TF2. I can play any night but optimum times are from 830pm-10pm

Ok. Looks like TF2 is the clear winner. Oso, Fripper, Eezy, Druid, Staats, Redhawk, Jonnypolite, Podunk, Chaos (unconfirmed) and myself.

So, what night?
Oso = Wed. or any after 8:30p
Eezy = Any night after 8:30p
Staats = Mon or Tuesday
Redhawk = Tuesday
CEJ = Tuesday or any night after 8:30 or so.

I'm on the East Coast, but I am usually up late-ish (2AM is not uncommon). So I wouldn't mind getting in on some of that WCGN TF2 action.

Well, heck! This is something I can get behind. I have both those games, I live on the West Coast... It's like Peanut Butt and Chocolate.

Edit: Tuesdays are fine, particularly after 9pm. I don't get home until 8pm for the rest of our semester.

I say put it both on the GWJ calendar and as a steam event. As for Coms, the in-game works really, really well. On the other hand, TF2 really is better w/ a larger crowd, so we may want to make sure we can all do ventrillo in case we go looking for pub servers.

I dislike in game voice for a variety of reasons (teams can't share channels, chat goes down between rounds, etc.) so I vote TS or Vent.

I'm Mountain timezone, and would be interested; however, I don't have a Mic rig or TF2.
