I have never had problems with mine slipping, but I am interested. Do they come in different colors?

Interesting, I'll have to order them. Perhaps they will help improve the ergonomics of the remote a bit.

I could see this being helpful for games like WarioWare which requires a lot of frantic remote passing.

I think this is pretty dumb, but it's free and I doubt it takes significant resources away from something else. Bring it on.
If I were a bad demoman, I wouldn't be sitting here dicussing it with you, now would I?

Is this why my Wii was throbbing this morning? (Yes, I took my penicillin.)
Is this more like a condom or galoshes?
Does it burn when you Pii?

Finally a jacket for my Wiimote, it's so cold it keeps shivering.
Edit: The weird thing is my PS3 controller doesn't have a jacket either, but it never shivers.

I've never had a problem holding my Wiimote but I'll place an order for them since they are free.

The internet, it's exploding (spewing?) with "Wii/condom" jokes! We can't take it, it's going to kill us all!

OK, here's a better headline for this thread:

Yeah, seriously. Look forward to another 5 + years of these jokes =P

I'm surprised no one has mentioned how ugly these Wii rubbers are.

Don't be so tense, Bagga - just relax and you'll be able to take more than you'd expect.

You win. I'd make a joke about Hemidal/his mom/his sister here, but it wouldn't matter. You win.

I need this for when the neighbor kids come over. They've thrown the wiimote into the ground a handful of times. Batteries went flying and everything. Broked the tiny tab off the battery cover.
NERF is coming out with a similar jacket btw.
Has anyone been able to order one of these? I have yet to make it to the end of the process before my browser hangs.
No luck here either. I did just get an email from them alerting me to the offer though.

I was able to place my order successfully back on the 4th, although I remember that several pages did take a very long time to load during the checkout process.
I got an email from Nintendo confirming the order a couple of hours afterwards, although the email noted that "due to a high volume of orders being received, there may be an extended delay in shipping your order."
