Sick on the 25th?

Anyone planning on being sick on the 25th for the release of Halo 3? I'll be going to the midnight release and would love to get a group together to play that night on Live. Assuming of course that I get my broken 360 back in time...

I was planning on taking a vacation day. But now im moving into a new apartment the following monday, so I think i'll be taking that entire week off.

Hmm...my employer just announced that starting this year, every employee gets one personal day. Not that I'm much of a Halo fan buy playing online all night with Goodjers would be fun...ahh decisions decisions.

I'm just not *that* excited. I'm sure it'll be good and all, but not "skip out on work" good. Contrariwise, I would have taken off for Harry Potter 7 if I had needed to - my anticipation of that was much higher.

I took advantage of the Best Buy MS Points deal and ordered the game through there. I most likely will not be receiving the game on day 1, but I should have it by the weekend.

I pre-ordered my copy through CircuitCity. Anyone have experience with how fast / good their shipping is? I'm guessing I wont have my copy on the 25th, but I hope it #1) arrives and #2) isnt all banged up.
