Internet, therefore GWJ, bad for sleep

If I'm at home and not out, it's guaranteed that I'll be spending a large portion of my time working on my computer. Then I like to close out the day with a half hour of gaming before I begin the bedtime routine. Usually WoW.
Apparently, this isn't good for me. Though, not necessarily too bad either.

I got so burnt out playing WoW till 1 or 2am every night following the BC expansion launch. (It's all Hanta, Trashidawa, Viking, Tyrian and doc's) fault for enabling me.(Nice deflection don't ya think?)
I quit back at the beginning of the summer.... but I lost my stay up late stamina other than the occasional evening of Gears. I'm still in a recovery period.

Interesting. It correlates with my experiences quite well. I always feel more refreshed if i read an hour before going to bed (from a book, not on the screen) than gaming or browsing....

Playing BF2142 really gets my blood going and I know it takes a bit of time to wind down from that.
