XBOX Live partial outage

I'm trying to purchase the new Halo maps and I can't seem to get to the part where they take my money through the dashboard. A quick trip to Major Nelson shows that the Live personal page system is also down. Am I alone here?

I had some serious problems with XBL the other night, and found out the hard way that even if XBL says it ISN'T able to buy any MS points for you, it's just going to do all your attempts later... at the same time...
Consequently, I "purchased" seven 500 point packs within about 30 seconds, two hours after I'd actually tried to do so.
I went ahead and kept them though, as I was planning to need that many for Shivering Isles anyway.

Maps downloaded fine for me, and they looked good too.
Also it seems you can have both primary and Secondary vehicles on Desolation. (new Derelict) Not sure how useful that is but now you know.
For Tombstone (new Hang "˜Em High) attempt to get out of the level I was killed instantly. Only for the game to say I fell to my death while laying all corpsified on a ledge.
I got a fever.... And the only prescription...is more cowbell!

I can't buy the maps at all right now, so I guess I'm out until they hit for free or Live gets a clue. At this time they require a credit card associated with your account - you cannot buy them with points - and I can't do that right now.
