I don't think I can make it Monday night, but I was hoping GRAW2 would be the new Tuesday night shooter. If it is, I'll be there.
I think the consensus after Tuesday night's successful return of Vegas was to bring back Ghost Recon mondays and stick with Rainbow Six on Tuesdays.
That said I'm more than a little sure there will be plenty of crossover between the two for at least a couple weeks.

I'd prefer Tuesday to Monday myself, but that's mainly due to every good show on TV being Monday. That being said, I can always grab the shows later.

I might be able to make it, but probably about an hour late (if I'm reading it as 6pm PDT).
Say, is anyone getting any statistical date on the Stat screens from doing their campaign? I 'think' that is where these are generated from. I know they have some on-line ranked stuff and such, but it seem's to me there is suppose to be some SP gathering too.
One last thing. When looking at 'my xbox' they have a tab for 'recent players'. Why do some folks show up and not other's one has played with thru XBL?

I wish it was possible to mod console games. I need a mod where all the mexican rebels all wear TSA uniforms and bumble around like morons, all the while arguing with each other about how to make other people's jobs more difficult.
But today wasn't a crappy day at the airport or anything.

I might jump in late tonight, after I get home from work. I'm jonesing for some co-op. I'll add my vote to a Tuesday night shooter slot for this one. I bought it, so I'm looking to get my money's worth.

Geez guys. I didn't leave cause I got killed. That was just the catalyst.
I died. I looked at the game timer. I thought about it. I looked at my clock. I thought about it. I added up the hours I'd been playing. I cringed. Took the time to notice that my right hand kind of ached.
Took all of it together as a sign that I should probably stop playing.
The round I got to play, team battle or whatever that was, was decent fun. If we'd stuck with Capture the Flag I probably would have hung around for at least the one more game, but as it was I'd been playing co-op non-stop for about 6 hours. I was pretty well gamed out.
I've gotta get up tomorrow to take a family member who can't drive anymore to work, so I needs the beauty rest anyway. I'll be back on tomorrow evening for Rainbow Six and probably some more GRAW 2 as well if that ends up being what the majority wants to play.

Was fun the few maps where I wasn't scooting across half the map from lag. DSL should be installed the 19th, hopefully more reliable than this cable.

I got the team MVP achievement, and then was called a noob tube whore by the guy I was telling my team was a noob tube whore during the match. Takes one to know one Sinitar!

I missed the capture the flag maps, I bailed about 11. I was totally clueless with the attack/defend rounds, I really need to learn the maps. Being such a noob to the game, I'm not sure what weapons I should be using. Anyone have any recommendations?
I'm thinking of trading in GoW for Rainbow Six Vegas - is it worth picking up? I didn't really get into the multi-play of Gears and I finished the single player.
Thanks for the games last night guys. I had a lot more fun with it than I expected to -- gotta love those co-op and big team battle games, you know?

We finally beat Locks! The secret to that armored car driven by Mario Andretti is to wait until the helicopter arrives to distract the gunner. Then take out the car and the rest of the level is a cake walk.

I wish I could have stayed for longer, but I was so blown out before I even got on, I just couldn't manage to keep going after a few maps. Doesn't help that Sinatar is a tube whore

Fun stuff. Notes for future game nights:
Spawn timer on Capture the Flag would be useful. And losing the drones might actually make smoke grenades worth while.
The five respawns on Team Mission seemed a bit much. Maybe two or three and a respawn timer again.
Co-Op was fun. Lots of areas where an gunner can have some fun.
I read through the descriptions of the classes. I didn't different classes had penalties if they used different weapons (the one exception being rifleman). Interesting stuff I didn't know about.
