Only 3 servers were up when I tried it this morning, and the closest one was in Montana. Was a little laggy, but hopefully that was just the connection or the server it was being run on.

I'll play it this week sometime and see what there is for choice of servers. The mod is very basic. It's the native TDM with jails added. Only about 15 Mb. I'll give it a whirl and see if I still have the lag issues.
Just a note, the 2 guys that made it started working on it in early February. Put it together in 2 weeks.
