New Wrong Forum Thread Moving Policy

I've been moving a lot of threads lately, often they are tech-related questions that should go to the Tech section of the forums, but the poster wants more eyes on it before I notice and shuffle it along.
I'm tired of having to do so, and I think now that the tech sections shows up in the thread tracker, there's no reason to be making more work for me. There's plenty of action in the Tech section these days, making threads in Everything Else hinders that.
So here's the new plan. When I see an established member of the forums making a post in one section that obviously belongs somewhere else, I will be editing the title, deleting the main post and locking the thread. Then you can go ahead and post it where it belongs in the first place. This may seem harsh, but I'm not going to be filling my day with thread moves because you REALLY need to know which video card to buy. You'll get your answers in Tech.
This will actually be MORE work for me than just moving the thread, but it will be much more satisfying, and I'm hoping it makes everyone a little more aware of where their threads belong.
And yes, same will go with P&C topics showing up in Everything Else. Remember, I said obviously doesn't belong, so no need to get paranoid.
