Good eating come Thanksgiving!

Harry I think your dog needs glasses, he keeps squinting.

It was mid day sun, it's just soft because of the filter on the lens. I think he looks kind of distinguished.

That is one happy cat. It's all over, he/she's the boss now.

Still has to look up at Edwin.

One of our cats loved to get up on top of the kitchen cabinets at our old rental house. He thought it was even cooler that he could turn it in to his own private litter box

This must've been just after we moved into this house in 2006, but Big Darryl used to get up on the cabinets, too, when he was younger and more spry, but still just as big (20 pounds).

No pictures of our cats up there, but they definitely make it up there. My wife has some flower vases and a couple of nice serving dishes (which we never use ) up there on top of our cabinets. We came home Friday night to find one in the floor, shattered.

Been picking glass up off the carpet/tile for a week solid now, another piece or two every day, despite broom/vacuum use that night. Damn glass just gets everywhere doesn't it?

Please post more pictures of your cat. The rise of his future Mighty must be documented for the ages. First he rules your butt. Then the roost. Next: Thunderdome. Two kitties enter, everyone yells, "awwww", and one cat leaves. Because the other fell asleep. Moar pix!

Mal just chillin out this weekend:

Missy loves getting under our grill when I cook out. Even when it's over 100 out.

We also have another cat, Dodger, but he is photo-shy and we don't have a great shot of him at the moment.

You win the page!

We got a new rescue kitten last night. She was found in the woods and brought in to my mother in laws office last night. She has an upper repository infection and seems pretty malnourished. We had her tested for feline leukemia and other common stray diseases and then took her home. She is still under quarantine from the other pets until she is healthy. She is timid but we got her to purr a bit once she had a chance to explore the bathroom she is currently staying in.

Kitten says, "I approve of this treatment. I would like more. Dangle string. Offer food. Appease me humans and I will *sigh* look even cuter."

Adorable little fuzzball.

Awwwww

Kitten Update!

She still needs a name, but she has been very active and is now eating on her own. Her eyes a clearing up and she is gaining some weight.

Someone is feeling so much better.

She loves to play and has been much more active.

She has been very friendly even with all the poking and prodding we have been giving her.

These two are trying to break the quarantine to check out the new kitten.

Cute! Call her Puffy.

Your new kitten updates are tugging at my heart strings as if a kitten was tugging on them.

Lasher loves her watermelon.

This is Chewie - short for Chewbacca. Standard poodle. Never gets the froo froo haircut.

Oh yeah we started growing some pet grass last week that someone gave us as a gift. As usual, Rascal will eat anything and seems to love it, while his sister just sniffs it and walks away.

Mostly we've been clipping some off the top and feeding him controlled doses, so he doesn't eat the whole bag.

Oh, Maggie.

Is that a terrarium? What's living in it, besides Maggie and that poor plant?
