Since it's a new home purchase, I had to go through the warranty company. So, a heater fan from Wal-Mart helped warm the upstairs. My wife and I can tough it out, but our 10 month old needs the room a little warmer.
Hopefully, the HVAC fools will get it fixed right this time.

Netware is a wee bit esoteric, but back in the NT 4.0 vs. Netware days, NW was rock solid. Those boxes would stay up for a year easy. No NT 4.0 box that I worked on would ever stay up that long and function properly.

...and in a way, that is still the case. For the most part I can say that our Netware servers run just fine. However, if there is a time when we decide to do any kind of maintenance on them... it quickly turns in to disaster recovery.

Yeah, NDS orphans, DSRepair, time synch, master and slave replicas, it is a huge pain. Plus, I hate the way MS workstations handle NW printing. It was one of the reasons I had to convert all of our print queues over to a Win 2K server prior to upgrading to Windows 2000 Professional.
