Unless you're running out of mana overhealing is the most worthless stat in the game. Underhealing is effectively known as "wiping".

Just give it a little time and all the best mods will be 2.0 compliant. And by best mods I mean the most popular. I hate to say it but there have been some nice ones along the way but they never get updated and are unusable anymore.

Yes - it's indispensable. Also shows you what it disenchants into, etc.
