I think that is all compatable.
I can use my current power supply I think, which is a 450W, and my current sound card, which is Soundblaster Audigy. I just got a 19" Viewsonic monitor so that is covered. I should also be able to use my current CD ROM and DVD Drives I think. Anything I'm forgetting? Operating system is being covered by a friend. ïŠ

Looks like a good semi-budget gaming rig. You won't regret going with Core 2.
As for anything missing.. if you're using previous hardware as you say, and your OS is covered, then it looks like you're set.

The Coolermaster "cheap" cases are not nearly as nice as the Antec "cheap" cases.. thats probably the only thing I'd change
Aint nothing new about the world order..it's been playing since the day they put George Washington on a quarter
85's face the truth you're too dumb.

After talking to some of my old IT college buddies and doing a lot of poking and probing I came up with my final order. I changed a few things like the case and went up to the Conroe 6400 and still came out cheaper than before.

I'd shy away from the Rosewill power supply personally. Antec, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling, OCZ.. all better brands.

I know Rosewill is fairly new but they get pretty good reviews on most of their stuff. This powersource has gotten pretty much all positive reviews on it and for my rig I don't think I need some ultra powerful PSU. Originally I was going to go with an OCZ 600W for $120 but that seemed a little over the top for a budget rig.
It's not that they're new, it's that to me, power supplies are very much a "You get what you pay for" part of the computer. Moreso maybe than any other component.
But to each their own. I hope it works well for you.

A friend of mine has had two Seagate 250s die on him. I'd try a different HD, other than that it looks good.

I agree with Thin_J. Power supplies are something you don't want to skimp on. Keep in mind that if you get a good one, you'll likely be able to use it in your next build.
Are you gettin' there Rabbit, are you gettin' there now?
Yes Lord, Lord, I'm gettin' there now.
