WOW - Solidarity

This thread will be locked the moment any negative thing is said about people who have left!
That said, what this guild needs is to be reminded not of who is leaving, but who is staying. It's easy to see those gquits and feel like it's the end of the guild, but I'm not seeing the mass and sudden acrimonious exodus that I did with GWJ Horde yet. Let's see some positive reinforcement.
Post here if you have no immediate intention of leaving the guild.
I for one will play GWJ Alliance or no alliance at all.

How about this? I want to join.
Well, I don't like to toot my own horn, but I'm a pretty good amateur rectal photographer. Would you like to see my portfolio?

I can see moving one character to another guild. I can't see moving them all. So i'll be GWJ Alliance in some form in the long run. I don't have plans to move ANY at the momment.

Deepsea

Oh gods. I forgot that this will mean learning a ton of new names. I'm reviving my account tonight. Thanks.

I am just about to hit 60... and i've STILL never seen Scholo or Strat, or completed a run through DM-N|W. Let's not even talk about ZG, AQ20/40, MC, BWL, or Naxx.
Count me in, I'm stayin!
Skriss: lvl 70 undead mage - Bloodhoof
Kyrator: lvl 63 night elf rogue - Blackhand
Thadryn: lvl 70 draenei mage - Blackhand
Snood et al shall be staying (barring anything weird happening)
"Also, I have four legs and am covered in wool. Baa!" *Legion* reveals his inner furry.
Well we'll have to fix the DM/Scholo/Strat thing won't we? Next time there is 5 58-60s on and its not past say 9:30 eastern hit us up!

Present! As posted in another thread, I'm here as long as I'm welcomed and revived my WoW account to join. I wish to remain in the guild as long as I am subscribed to this game.

Staying, just not active at the moment.
"Sometimes I go around saying, 'Kommisar Paulson has seized the commanding heights of the economy!'" - Paul Krugman, asked if recent changes to banking are socialistic.
I'm sticking around. I'm on Blackhand for the GWJ community. I want to enjoy adventuring with the GWJ community, and especially with the expansion heading our way, there's metric tons of adventure left in the game for us.
I also would be happy to group up with any of the former GWJ guildies too; they may not be in the guild officially, but they're still part of the GWJ community.
That would be awesome. Kyr desparately needs to upgrade from his Bloodrazor and Hanzo blade.
Skriss: lvl 70 undead mage - Bloodhoof
Kyrator: lvl 63 night elf rogue - Blackhand
Thadryn: lvl 70 draenei mage - Blackhand
Stormspain is staying and is back in GWJ along with all my alts now. Granted my time is extremely limited at the moment, but on when I can.
Wannabe priest with a sword....
GWJ 'til I die!
Or get tired of playing, whichever comes first...

Bagman in in. Beowoof said he was in on another thread. I feel fairly confident that Blastoff won't be going anywhere either.
The Killer Bs are GWJ for life.

I poke my head in from time to time on GWJ Alliance.
If I wanted to go to another guild, Ill just delete another character Ive spent countless days on and create another alt due to my whimsical max/min mentality =P
Prolly gonna create/play an alliance shammy heavily once the expansion comes out.
Being fangoriously devoured by a gelatinous monster.
I'm in!
I'm in for the long haul. Alway's wanted to play my Paladin and am enjoying it immensely. (although I've started to get an itch to play a Alliance mage now ). I look forward to more Quest's and fun with GWJ'er's. (I also have 2 other Alliance Alt's from back when, but no inclination to play them for now).

Nephalim (and the other Nephalts) are staying as well as Tzigane (and the other Tzigalts). We're not active on Blackhand anymore but I've been thinking about dusting them off for raid nights to help out.
Raid nights still Thursday? Of course I'll have to play my dirty Elf, which I've grown to despise after playing on my PvP server, but that will happen to you!
XBL/PSN/STEAM/WAR/SPORE/RAPTR
Cinster's staying, as are my alts in the GWJ Horde.

I wouldn't leave for all the tea in China, or even a full set of armor.
My bond with GWJ precedes WOW, and, I expect it to continue beyond WOW. Yes, I said it "Beyond WOW". Someday, this too shall pass. Games come and go. Gamers come and go. The community goes on. It is a dynamic beast. We can't control it. It can't control us. We all go on. People will leave. Some for sound reasons, some for silly. It's their choice; I don't begrudge them at all. I joined GWJ for the community of like minded gamers who like me share a strong affinity for the virtual world but also have carbon world priorities (Jobs, spouses, children, etc.). I will continue to be a member as long as it is enjoyable and, to the best of my ability to predict such things, I don't foresee ever leaving. It is not in my nature. I like a forum where one can reminisce about rogue, bolo, and nettank (anybody remember this one?) and still discuss child rearing dilemmas (when should I let my daughter play Doom3?). I also like a guild that helps me in a specific game whether it be Joint Forces, BF2, or WOW. But is leaving the guild, leaving the community? For some, yes. But others may comeback. Miss them? Yes, but don't give them grief. It's a sign of a healthy community to have fluctuations in its memberships. Cults seize hold of their members as they try to leave only to disavow them once they do leave. We can do better. We are better. That is why I stay.

Swat,
We are doing ZG on Wednesday nights with a guild called Twists of Fate. Other than that, its whenever we can get enough people interested:)
Wannabe priest with a sword....
Bort and all my other Bort-esque alts will be staying... my account is inactive again as of a couple days ago, but I already bought another two month game card and will probably re-up tonight again. I need some LBRS and Strat lovins if anyone wants to join me

Deepsea will be staying with GWJ Alliance.
There is a possibility I may move an alt over to another guild in time but I'm not sure if/when that will happen.
I've also made a Tauren version of Deepsea with Swat's guild on Dalvengyr (sp?) who I will probably invest some time into.
I find myself getting a little stressed out with things that have happened in-game lately so I may be taking short breaks here and there just to revive myself a little. There really are alot of new people in the guild that I really haven't had a chance to group with yet and get to know. I look forward to the opportunities to do that in the near future.

I'm staying as long as I'm playing. Hell, I stuck with the GWJ Horde when it was mostly just me

I'm staying (TheBro), and when we get our 'gnome team' to a decent level we'll get my wife's mage and my warrior hooked up as well. Big thanks to all the nice goodjers who invest so much time in organizing the guild, raids, etc. even when things are a bit crazy as they are right now.
Everything can be debated, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's debatable.

Unfortunately for you guys, I have no plans on leaving. I started WoW instead of some other game because of GWJ, so it'd be real silly for me to leave.

Been there done that on the Horde side. Started my Allianace gals to have someone to play with. I have no clue what is going on and plan to stay where I am
