BF2142 Stats
This video has been up on the Marketplace for a while now. It looks even better in 720p. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm slightly apprehensive. This could turn out to be another State Of Emergency just with zombies, I really hope it isn't though.

That looks like a whole lot of awesome wrapped into one sexy package. I love how you can do all those wrestling moves against the zombies. Why they did not include a co-op campaign with this is beyone me. Imagine being able to double-team the zombies a la WWE.

Lack of co-op is practically a crime against humanity. Or a positive step for zombanity, depending on your heart rate.
I get the feeling I'm gonna run around for 10 minutes killing zombies and thats gonna be about it. I'm definately getting a State of Emergency vibe from this one.
Hmm, yeah. I really want this game to be awesome, but I'm not going to get my expectations too high. And also, aside from co-op, this game needs a zombie/infection style adversarial multiplayer mode.

Although... it's sad that the game does not have any multiplayer options, but I see this game as Mercenaries but with Zombies... sounds like fun. For $60... not really worth it but around $30 might be a worthy pick up.

I've been finding whenever I visit my local game store I have a *REALLY* hard time plunking down the cash required for a "next Gen" title.
When you get used to spending 45-50 bucks on a full Featured PC title $69.00 is hard to swallow.

Killing zombies for 10 minutes? If all this game has is killing zombies in different ways I will play it for hours. Like how I can play the Incredible Hulk: UD for hours at a time because I like to smash things. Sometimes you just have to dumb it down to get the pure visceral joy out of a game.

Indeed Canada with a "C". But now that your dollar has dropped much closer to our level I feel our games should be priced simularily as well. Besides, despite having all the gorgeous women, better beer, and fine fine umm... herbs, you are still our neighbo(u)rs so why should we be punished with higher prices on video gameage?

Since I have no xbox, I can only ogle this game from afar. But I will say that I LOVE that version of 'Get Down with the Sickness'. This thread has made me pull out my copy of Dawn of the Dead.
