July 21st-24th I will be out of town, but the last weekend in July I am available. August my weekends are packed starting the 18th due to working at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.
Count me in, weekends are dodgy, but I'll see what I can do!

I am free the following days this month:
Fridays,
Sat July 15th
Sat July 22nd
Sun July 23rd
Sat July 29th
Sun July 30th
and the first two weekends in August.
I am one of the royal guard, I walk around with the King and Queen half the day, and the other half, I am either in our encampment(by the mead booth/Mac's pub) or walking around on the street. Hard to miss me, I am wearing a red wool doublet....

So when do we want to plan this for? Been a couple weeks since anyone posted here...Starting Aug 19th, I have no weekends available till October, but weeknights would work as well, as long as it is not a Tuesday night.
I think a date simply needs to be put out there and let the "Yea's" and "Nay's" have at it..
The problem is there isn't a date I can think of that includes everyone in the thread.. *sighs*
