Just three? how the hell am I supposed to manage with just three? Allright, just off the top of my head:
Fight Club
Blade Runner
High Fidelity
Not necessarily my best ever picks, I'm sure I could find over a dozen movies I'd rate as better in terms of craftmaship, story, acting, etc than those with a bit of effort, but I can watch those three over and over again without tiring of them. (Although I tend to turn off Fight Club after the twist.)
Edit: High Fidelity could be replaced by The Big lebowski or Amelie at the drop of a hat, depending on my mood.

Definitely not easy - and this changes so much. I am tempted to include Shrek and/or Over the Hedge. These probably arent the best ones I have seen, but they are the ones I'd want on a desert island.

Good god, man. I'm certainly not going to take anything you say about movies seriously ever again. The first one was an ok-ish enough buddy cop flick, but Bad Boys 2 almost inspired physical revulsion in me. It's just a wretched movie, with Bay going to such insane excesses that you could almost be fooled to think it was self-mockery. Ugh. Just ugh. Certainly the Hollywood action flick I've seen in the last couple of years that I hated the most.

While I'd agree with this, at least you get to see Gabrielle Union in a bikini.
And it seems we've got a lot of Blazing Saddles fans around.

funny. I read someplace that Braveheart is one of the most popular movies in Arab movie theatres and pirated videotapes. Apparently, that's how they view themselves in relation to us.

There'd have to be blowjobs thrown in before before any anount of hot women would make two and a half hours of that kind of cinematic torture palatable.

Bar none my favorite holiday-themed movie ever (that goes for all holidays, not just the winter ones). Have you ever read the book, "In God We Trust: All Others Pay Cash"? The movie is based on the first half or so, and it's even funnier in print.

No, I haven't read that. I will put it on my list of books to read, though.

That is a good group right there. They could have been on my list easy. And I wondered if some one was going to mention the Passion of the Christ.
