One question, though: When I tried registering with the site, I entered my e-mail and username... but when I clicked ""Finish"" to confirm, I just got a blank screen. No e-mail arrived, so I tried recovering it by entering the username and address and getting it sent again. No such luck, as I never managed to register with the database.
In any case, just a random error or something wrong over here?

Totally my fault, we had a longering white text setting in there. What you didn''t see was a message that said ""No spaces in your user name allowed""
All fixed now, try to make an account as Royal_Fool and you should be fine. Don''t worry, we''ll be replacing the login system to merge witht he forums by the end of the month hopefully.

Did you try to register ""Visceral Monkey"" on the main page? You can''t have spaces in there. Otherwise, I''ve found a few bugs when folks try and use a hotmail address..
