Certis doesn't give us vacation or sick time here at GWJ. Instead, we get "flaky time," and rather than accumulate it at a set rate each month, we have to assert it ourselves.
You know you've used up your available flaky time when you feel the sting of the whip. It's a pretty good system, I guess.
