Welcome to the game forums! We're starting small for now and keeping the forum sections pretty broad. If things get a little too busy here we'll make some different sections for consoles, PC games, etc.

I like the look of the forums. Reminds me of the Quarter to Three forums, so it''s comfy here. If I have one thing about the forums over at Evil''s, I never liked, it''s that he dosen''t have open boards so you can start up a conversation.

We felt the same way, Drunk. Not a slam on EA''s site, but it was always in the plan from the start to have open forums. If the forums seem reminiscent of Q2Three it''s because we''re using the same forum software.

this forum software is great, very easy to code and maintain, just not as easy to start up though...

When I checked the front page I could not understand for the life of me why there was suddenly a thread like this. The forums are 2+ years old, so why serve up a welcome now?
Then I saw it was only Mixolyde resurrecting old threads to mercilessly increase his post count.

I find it telling that P&C is the only forum with the ""No new posts"" icon in Edwin''s picture.
Admittedly, when I saw the thread title, I thought Certis was laying the smack down about the arguably non-game threads (keyboards, keynotes, Ventrilo, and, of course ""Japanese Friday Morning Flash Fun"") that were getting dropped into the forum.
