I'm sorry, man. But Podunk Stomp is totally sweet, as were the others. I'm not saying this because of favoritism, I actually think this was the best show yet, musically, and had (I think,) the most Dorsch. Which makes sense because, as they say in Germany: MORE DORSCH!

You guys talking has become totally incidental.

I didn't play X-Com until a few months ago. I gave it about two hours before giving up on it.

I think I would have liked it when it first came out, but now? Not so much.

There's nothing better than Fallout 1&2 (and if there is, I don't wanna know). AND it's a sin if you are a RPG-fan and haven't played it yet!

I played it last year while on vacation in Florida. Constant saves and reloads helped. In the later stages I did cheat a tiny bit, especially when the game would crash every time one of my bases was invaded.

Also, fans of X-Com and Fallout should definitely play some Jagged Alliance, Silent Storm (S2) and Silent Storm: Sentinels (S3).

Podunk. The music rocked. Best part of the show. I need some MP3 action on those tracks, maybe with some Fletch, Shawn outtakes sampled over top.

Can I exchange some of my goodjer-points to download the MP3s?

This is the third week now that I've been listening to your show, and if there is one advice I can give you guys, even though I don't know crap about radio, it's to never start a show with an 8-minute discussion about toes. Seriously, what was that all about? I didn't get one bit of what you guys were trying to say. I mean, who looks at toes in a video game?

Still, happy 20th show anniversary. I don't think anyone has mentionned it yet in the comments. Keep it up, you got me hooked on my first listening, it's gotta be proof of something good.

Cheers!

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

For my GWJ homies:

Podunk Stomp
GWJ Radio Theme (Angry German Guy Mix)

There's some other miscellaneous stuff that I've uploaded, but most of it does not stand alone as well as those two tracks. Enjoy!

I've been too busy to listen to the whole show, going in and out of the office area and only catching pieces before deciding to put it in the ipod to listen to later, however, just a quick "ups" for podunk - the music rocks. I love the metal infused banjo songs. You should of written the music for Firefly.

Solid episode all around, but I tend to agree that Podunk stole the show this week. I went back and played the Podunk Stomp again before listening to the rest of the episode. My piece of advice is find someone less talented so we don't think of the talking as commercials between the music. (I am, of course joking ... more Podunk!)

Yes, well, actually, I wasn't kidding. But! I do have a valid excuse for not knowing what it meant! I'm a french-canadian!

In fact, instants after clicking the post button, I started having doubts about those toes. And I actually went to wikipedia to find out just how silly my post was, before ALG posted the link. Now I am trying to figure out if I should feel enlightened by this new information, or if I was better off without it...

Oh yeah and the whole camel toe thing. I think what Fletch is seeing in that pick is actually the illusion of camel toe, the light is just bouncing off the fabric wierd because thats where the cloth has been sown together to make the shorts. You can also see in the other picks just above that area is the zipper for the shorts.
