Bored at work and browsing Bliz forums and found this;

as soon as you zone into BRS, top of the first ramp just inside the entrance:
Kill 2 mobs on left, 2 on right, 1 that walks back and forth.
Then the roving patrol; kill the meleer, mind control the caster, cast FR buff.
+83 FR for 1 hour.
Straight ahead and down short ramp are more casters for your enjoyment.
