Zombie Skate is the original GWJ Halo 2 Wednesday Night brain-fest. This game has been running since Halo 2 was released (yes, it's true) and it shows no signs of stopping. Join us!
NOTICE: Due to an increased occurrence of people not having the "fun" new maps and whatnot, the management has been asked to ask you, dear Zombie Skaters, to download the f*cking maps and updates BEFORE you join the damn game. Thank you!

Rule #1: Do not talk about Zombie Skate.
Rule #2: If it's your fist night at Zombie Skate, you have to be the Zombie.
Rule #3: It's okay to invite friends, but if they're asshats, you're responsible for them.
Rule #4: Download the maps and updates over Xbox Live BEFORE you join the game.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: this is a casual game. Most of us here play only once a week and enjoy the fact that we've got better things to do than be the world's best Halo players. We're here to have fun and enjoy each other's company. We also like to play ZOMBIE, the Slayer variant that involves very little skill, but is a ton of fun. The important thing though, is that we sign on each week to have a good time. This is not the ultra-competitive, score lots of points and boost your ranking Halo night. If that's your bag, you will not have a good time here.
We also play a ton of other variants, and are adding/tweaking more every week, it seems. Yoyoson, the master variant-er, has put together a LIST of some of the more common game variants we play. Take a look at it.

Having to download the damned maps I hereby term "Teh Suck." I really thought I had already done that on the 360 but apparently not. By the time they were all done, it was time to head to the matress. Some of us have to work, ya know.

I haven't played in forever. I'm so not used to playing Halo on the 360 controller, and I totally forgot that left trigger is for grenades. Maybe I'm too used to CoD2 but I kept hitting right bumper for grenades, getting the impotent microphone click sound, realizing that it's the left trigger, hitting the left trigger and dying because I hesitated too long. Elaborate sighing ensued.
