My first reaction was, "Noooooooooooo!" but then I remembered that the last person to play Fury was David Hasselhoff. No where to go but up, I say.

I like Will Smith and all, but I can't picture Nick Fury with those barn doors...err....ears.

I suppose they could've cast Rowan Atkins.

It's probably just a rumor. I'm hoping it's just a rumor. Perhaps Hollywood can find a new Black Man to pimp in all of its movies.

What about the guy in GioClark's avatar? He had a bit of an accent, but I think he'd make a better Nick Fury than Will Smith.

Why don't they just cut out the middle man and get Samuel L Jackson? They're already drawing him in every issue of the Ultimates line... he might as well get some kind of payment for that!

Or here's a better idea.. why don't they go with Nick Fury pre-Ultimates? Think of how much easier it would be to cast!

There's plenty of grizzled older white dudes who would look like pre-Ultimates Nick Fury as long as they put on an eye-patch.

There's only one Sam Jackson.

Well, I think because the Ultimates Nick Fury is probably more recognizable right now than the original Nick Fury, sad as that might be.

I'd love to see Samuel L. Jackson in the role, I just wonder if he would go for it. Not that he seems to be all that picky about the movies he does.

True; Norman Fell is dead.

I started my own blog so when I feel the need to make an ass out of myself, I won't have as far to go.

No, no he's not.

Seriously, if Hollywood was serious about saving their asses from bankruptcy, they should try some of this sh*t out.
