Anyone playing Unreal Championship 2?

I dearly want to pick this one up, as I am a huge fan of the UT franchise, but I'm afraid I won't have the time and motivation to get comfortable with the melee mechanics. Getting pwn3d over and over again by a bunch of pre-pubescent weiner bombs is not my idea of a good time.
Are any of you guys enjoying this one on Live? I'd be very interested to hear your feedback.

I played the demo and it was pretty bad ass but I''ll probably rent it through Gamefly. The Melee combat was easy to pickup and very effective. The regular projectile weapons, though, felt very weak. More often than not I''d get out my melee weapon and zip around the arenas with it. The weiner bomb factor wasn''t all that bad on Live. The speed of the combat and the brutality of the melee weapons sort of acted as an equalizer. All in all, it was a good game but not enough to warrant a $50 purchase for me.

I''ve heard it''s pretty good. I plan to buy it through Gamefly once the price comes down a little bit.

Maybe 6 months down the road when we all get around to it we can have a GWJ UC2 night.

I would consider it for like 10 bucks, but no more. I'm not that big on the exceedingly fast twitch games. I like the games paced more like Halo, which is actually pretty slow going by shooter standards.
