Truth in Webcomics!
This has made my morning. Luckily I learned long ago to swallow the coffee BEFORE reading the comic, otherwise I would be in serious need of a papertowel right now!

hmmm... These are the bookmarks on my work computer. Generally I just fire up Firefox, open the favorites 'comics' folder and click 'open in tabs.' It's like my own funnies page every day! Sadly some of these only update a couple times a week, but well worth it!
Some of the more NSFW ones I've removed with the exception of the ones that are just too darned funny to go through work without! (PA comes to mind) So, any suggestions on what to add to my list?
Enjoy!
P.S. I'm sure something similar has come up before... but THIS post is fresh and happening, while the others are stale and stagnant. ![]()

The firewall at my office blocks most webcomics.
Frankly, I''m surprised they haven''t blocked this site yet.
Thinking of which, anybody know what the deal is with pennyarcade today?

I''m guessing they''re upgrading their servers. I seem to remember them mentioning they had new ones on the way.
As a small addendum to the list, if you''re a Warhammer 40k player, check out Turn Signals on a Land Raider
Or, if you''re a pen-and-paper RPGer, there''s the Order of the Stick

Then again, I''m getting pretty toned from hauling 5-gallon pails of paint in each hand, 8 hours a day. Forklift certification, for the win!

Blah, VG Cats forgot to update again.

25 votes. One person behind firewall, one person disinterested in the whole thing. Several queries about the status of PA, 2 suggested sites (which are great btw! I was reading Order of the stick for awhile but the spotty updates made me forget about it so now there''s lots of funny goodness to catch up on!), and one bitching about VG Cats (though I did get to the comic through their homepage... *squirt*)
Not quite as fresh and happening as I might have hoped, but at least the majority of people that clicked on the thread authored by Rezzy read webcomics. This is a good start! GROUPHUG!

Ehh! Tag along a NSFW with that one.

Damn, Mateo! That list is going to take me a while to get through, but so far we''ve already got a couple that are getting added to my list! Thanks for sharing!
re:Sexy Losers. Been there, done that... updates like once a month maybe? Some of them are classic, some of them are just as disturbing (and strangely arousing) as they are no doubt intended to be. I definitely check that one out from time to time to see if anything new has been added, but it''s not one for my daily runthrough!
Ah yes! One of the ones I forgot to mention was www.leastIcoulddo.com Some funny stuff there!

I don''t go to school really (University student) and I don''t have a job. When I do have a job it certainly doesn''t involve computers. I guess that I fall into the middle category.

Well this is going to be quite a bumb. But I have a few comics to add to the list and a little request.
Neither of the comics is satirical or making fun of anything. Both are more developed in the way that they have a longer storyline and use serious artwork. In fact, they could be mistaken for printed graphic novels and I've grown quite fond off this quality.
You might have guessed by now what I want to ask. Has anybody seen more of this sort of comics? If so please share.
Thank you.

I'm trying not to be a filthy skimmer here, but I don't see http://www.nuklearpower.com or http://www.bobandgeorge.com on here. Both sprite comics, the first is for FF, the second is Megaman. VERY loosely following the storylines of both. I highly recomment the FF comic, bob and george is hit or miss though.
And another vote for order of the stick. Rich Burlew rocks my world.
Hyperbole - THE BEST THING EVER
I just felt that needed to be bolded.
Danjo Olivaw Lives
Chris Livingston's outstanding Half-Life 2 (g-mod) based comic Concerned: The half-life and death of Gordon Frohman shouldn't be missed.
Casey and Andy haven't been on top of their game the last few strips but all in all it's a pretty good one.
Skinny Panda and A Softer World both update spastically but are so worth it when they do.
Relative newcomer Dr. McNinja is very promising.
Finally, if you like Something Positive then you should check out Aeire's completed project Queen of Wands especially since they did the occasional crossover.

Rise RISE RISE and LIVE AGAIN!
Great strip though!
I'm trapped in a Hotel across the state from my current daily comics bookmarks otherwise I would update.
Queen of Wands finished and is currently doing a re-run of all the episodes with commentary. If I remember correctly they are approaching the end again. Not sure what's coming up afterwards, but the story got quite a bit melancholy towards the end there.
Dr. McNinja kicks butt! The hidden 'picture comment/alt-texts' make each episode even more special!
White Ninja is still hilariously offbeat.
Sluggy Freelance got... weird? I stopped reading that whole alien/cariboo/bun bun in space out of time thingy arc. And it hasn't drawn me back in since.
More once I get home.
(Wow, did I really sound like that when I was young? I'm so.... optimistic! *shudder*)
