GWJFL 2.0 - Week 5

It has finally happened. I went ahead and did the coin flip for the remaining games and advanced the week. Week 5 is now open for business, and the games have to be played by Nov. 20th.

Too many no shows for the last batch of games, I''m not sure we''ll have any more luck this time. I''m usually the last person to say this but with the original league almost done I think we should shelf 2.0 and start fresh with one league to rule them all. Committed players only!
If I''m alone on this I''m 100% cool with continuing to play my games. No problem.

I can go eather way. I just like playing, so I''m OK with continuing, but I would not be heartbroken to see this one die either. Now I have to figure out who ""The Highlander"" is to set up our game!

Unfortunately, I''m off TD for 10 days to Ottawa/Cornwall...so, again...for this week, no coin flip...please award the win to Atlanta''s opponent, and then I''m back and ready to kick ass (ok...I tend to get my ass kicked...but its a dream I have!!!)
Unless you're running out of mana overhealing is the most worthless stat in the game. Underhealing is effectively known as "wiping".

Let''s just keep things moving tho. I think I played my last game right at the week 4 deadline and here we are 10 days later finally at week 5.
So since I''m for playing I say advance the league automatically at the deadline. No if, ands or butts. Let''s not let a couple stragglers drag the league down. Let''s keep it rolling!!!

hey my free trial is going to expire and I''m gonna use another free trial which means a different gamer tag. Is it no problem to drop from the league and the be allowed to sign up for the same team with my new gamer tag?

Well...I have KarmaJay in both this league and the toilet bowl bracket. I will try him again to see if we can get one of these games played.

Their D does manage to suck AND blow at the same time. I stop on 1st and second downs then givce up the conversion. Like clockwork, almost.

Same....pretty much like the real team. I would be in the playoffs in league 1 if not for KC Db''s inability to catch a pass.....3 blatant INT''s dropped against JMJ. DB''s were in teh animation and just dropped the ball.
