Radeon 9800 Pro. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I''ve had very little opportunity to use it with new games since I''ve had it. The only game I''ve played that really pushed it has been Knights of the Old Republic. It''ll be completely outdated before I get a chance to use it. Sigh...

Some might say that nVidia stopped making my GeForce3 200 64MB because it was ""completely outdated"", and ""slow as crap"". I choose to believe that it was because it was too awesome for the market to handle.
Everything can be debated, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's debatable.

I have 9800 Pro and eyeing like a hawk for 6800 GT price to drop at least a bit...
I have to say that I was surprised how my machine (Barton 2500+, G of RAM) handled Doom 3. That game singlehandedly made me decide to wait at least another 6 months for the upgrade. I mean, HL2 will run even better than D3...

ATi 9800 Pro. Runs good and the drivers sure don''t suck like my MSI 5200 in my kids system. NVidia lost me with their deminished driver support.
What''s wrong with the 5200 drivers? I''m genuinely curious - nVidia is generally known for stable drivers, but they could easily make it off my potential buy list if that''s changed...

Almost two years old and no complaints....though KOTOR did bring it, unexpectedly, to its knees a couple of times.

Drivers seem stable for me.... I have 2 5200s and both run fine (one had a loose heatsink and that was wacking the system until I figured it out) maybe you have a similar problem?
