I reinstalled CoD and gave multiplayer another try last night. Man, i had forgotten how fun it is! The short rounds (very short in my case) is a welcome change of pace from JO and other team-based shooters.

I''ll be around from time to time, but I probably wont be there next friday.

Went in briefly to make sure I got Karmajay''s instruction correct in connecting to his server (well ''The Old Gamers''). Brought back some good memories I had from how great and fun this game was. Of course karma'' was there and promptly introduce me to the game respawn routine

Only had a time for a couple of maps, but fun nonetheless. Looking forward to Friday. (btw, I''m rusty on the map names, but my fav''s were the ''Normandy one with the big hedge seperating the two areas of battle with the small huts, blasted ruins and a stable. And then there was town one with the wrecked tank. And the first one I went into last night in the snowy grounds of Belgium I would imagine. Maybe a few others. Dang, I use to know all of them, but it''s been awhile.)

(btw, I sooo love the sound of the Garand and the ejection of the clip. Well done!)

Man I would love too, but Wenesday night is not good for me . Still, looking to Friday and maybe some practice during the day till then (I''m off for a few days). Swampy, if you can play much earlier I''ll keep an eye out and join you at the server karmajay mention''s above. He say''s he''s alway''s on And I tell ya, from my perspective, TS will only be good for a quick laugh and ''oh gawd'' tells. As Cpt. Scarlet mention''s, these are short rounds and can be pretty hectic.

If you don''t have UO, you won''t be able to see the UO server at all.

You should get it if you like CoD. New maps, new game types.

On our UO server we even have some old maps in the rotation. This lets you use the new weps and smoke grenades on them.
