Garbage! There''s no justice. Strategy First took a lot of risks and published a lot of innovative stuff. I hope they will endure somehow.

If there were any justice in the world, 'emoticons' would be a failed eighties Transformers spin off movie, in which all the bots transform into a symbol of an emotion, and which preaches gay rights.
That''s crappy. For a while there Strategy First was one of my favorite publishers, putting out all sorts of things I really liked. Not so much lately though, and maybe that''s the problem. Still, I''d hoped to get some more good games out of them.

This ties in nicely with Elysium''s most recent article.
An MBA might say ""too many"" instead of ""a lot of"" and ""too narrowly marketed"" instead of ""innovative"".
This is one of the reasons I think Publishers are uninterested in ... or, more accurately, unwilling to take risks on original, innovative, or god forbid ""quirky"" titles.
Sad, indeed. I hope they can reorg and continue to fight the good fight.

Sad news... they were finally working on JA3. This looks like we wont see a good TB squad tactic game for a long, long while.
Damned shame. I love SF and their ability to publish niche products.

Of course, it''s Cpt.Scarlet''s game of the year, but after that?
Uhh... Sentinels?

You know, maybe EA-type execs are right. Maybe it''s just not feasible to innovate too much.
